Mission

RMGME partners with community hospitals and underserved regions to establish and expand ACGME-accredited residency programs. Our mission is to strengthen local healthcare systems, their communities, and address physician shortages. We build and train the first generation of AI native academic medicine centered physicians, alleviating the doctor shortage.

A personal note from our President

Welcome to Residents Medical Center for Graduate Medical Education Excellence. This dream is the culmination of decades of experience in GME. We believe that healthcare is a global mission that begins at the local level — a thread that must be strengthened and refined with both delicacy and precision.

Our sphere of influence centers on advancing GME through time-tested methodologies while encouraging the thoughtful integration of AI into the health systems we help develop into teaching hospitals. Bringing this elite paradigm shift to the most vulnerable and rural areas of our country will uplift the communities we serve. By training the next generation of resident physicians, we will advance both the mental and physical health of our population. We know that this will lead to structural and systematic improvements, and ultimately to better patient outcomes.

My team of world-class healthcare experts specifically in GME is comprised of doctors, scientists and academics who look forward to helping our great country reach its teaching, educational, and value-add goals in medicine.

Yours in Health,

Mrs. Agata Everest

Our training site

Southern California Hospital at Culver City

Southern California Hospital at Culver City is a historic community hospital with deep roots in serving the diverse populations of Culver City and surrounding Los Angeles communities. For decades, the hospital has been a trusted site of compassionate, patient-centered care, continuously evolving to meet modern healthcare needs while maintaining its community-first mission.

Located in the heart of Culver City, the hospital offers trainees a unique clinical environment, balancing high-acuity inpatient care, outpatient continuity, and exposure to a culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population. This setting provides an ideal foundation for training physicians who are adaptable, service-oriented, and deeply grounded in real-world medicine.

As the hospital expands its academic footprint, the RM Center for GME represents a strategic investment in physician education, scholarly activity, and long-term workforce development, ensuring that future trainees are not only clinically skilled, but also prepared to lead, teach, and innovate.
