RMGME’s focus is to train more residents and fellows in underserved and rural regions of America. Our mission is to strengthen local healthcare systems, their communities, and address physician shortages. We build and train the first generation of AI native academic medicine centered physicians, that are well rounded in clinical, research and safe technology.
A personal note from our President
Welcome to Residents Medical Center for Graduate Medical Education Excellence. This dream is the culmination of decades of experience in graduate medical education. We believe that healthcare is a global mission that begins at the local level — a thread that must be strengthened and refined with both delicacy and precision.
Our sphere of influence centers on advancing GME through time-tested methodologies while encouraging the thoughtful integration of artificial intelligence into the health systems we serve. Bringing academic medicine to the most vulnerable and rural communities across our great country will uplift the people we are privileged to care for. By training the next generation of residents and fellows, we are creating better outcomes, in both the mental and physical health of the population we serve. As a clinical and administrative healthcare profession I believe that training more physicians in a holistic, comprehensive way will lead to structural and systemic improvements — and ultimately, to better patient outcomes.
As a women-led teaching institution, I am committed to fostering the diversity and open-mindedness that reflects the rich, multifaceted culture of America.
